This region of the Costa Tropical with
the highest level of sunshine in Spain is a delightful place to stay for
beach, water sports, walking, dining, or just relaxing. It is a truly
authentic, and unspoilt Spanish region.
This delightful apartment, just across
the road from Motril beach will satisfy all your holiday needs. Finished
in Spring 2003, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom (with Jacuzzi
bath) and 1 Shower room, living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, laundry area and sun
terrace.
The apartment faces towards the
whitewashed village of Salobreña with its Moorish castle. Behind can be
seen the snow topped Sierra Nevada Mountains and across the road is Motril
beach with its ‘chiringuitos’ (beachside restaurants).
A tree-lined promenade stretches along
the edge of the beach from Los Mariscos golf club – approximately 1.5 km
to the port of Motril.
The apartment sleeps 4-6 people and is on
the first floor of the building.
The building has security gates,
landscaped gardens, elevated shaded seating area and swimming pool (communal pool open in high season). It is
serviced by an elevator.
The apartment is fully equipped with
fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, television, coffee machine and
juicer, and a complete range of kitchen utensils and equipment.

The area has much to offer - for golfers
Los Mariscos is just down the road, and has an excellent bar and
restaurant right on the beach, to satisfy the golfers’ appetite. The town
of Motril – a short drive away - is an old Moorish town, that combines the
delights of ancient Spain with modern shopping, dining and Tapas bars. The
village of Salobreña, in the other direction and nearby, is well worth a
visit to see the ancient castle.
The city of Granada and the Alhambra
palace are 45 minutes by car, whilst the Sierra Nevada for walking and
skiing is about 1½ hrs away. Malaga airport, just 1½ hrs by car, offers
opportunities to avail of frequent and inexpensive flights.
