Nigüelas is a little and quiet village, without noises. It is located at the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains, 30 minutes driving from the beach, 20 minutes from Granada, 50 minutes from Sierra Nevada and 20 minutes from the Granada Golf Club (in las Gabias).
In the village you can find a doctor, a pharmacy, supermarkets, a bakery, a fish market, a restaurant (La Alquería, in the old road Nigüelas-Dúrcal). Visiting its church, a restored waterwheel (S. XVII), a palace-house with gardens (S. XVII) is advised.
Activities like horse riding, trekking, mountain bike, hill climbing, etc.
A cave house at the top of the village of Nigüelas, and in the base of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Colour TV and electric heating. The tiles in the floor has been made with the typical stone of Sierra Nevada mountains.
Living-dining room with kitchen: a stove with two electric burners, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with two single beds. Courtyard with beautiful views to the field. No pets.
