Sotogolf is a small new luxury urbanization, located between the world famous golf courses of Valderama and Almenara in the Soto Alto district of Sotogrande. It is surrounded by green hills and valleys and some of Sotogrande's most prestigious private residences. The villa is furnished to luxury standards and includes full gas central heating and fireplace. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds and the 3rd with twin beds. These are reached via an impressive spiral staircase with attractive decorative alcoves. The ground floor comprises double-door entrance and hallway, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom and large open living/dining area which leads onto the lower terrace and garden. The upper and lower terraces overlook a green valley of cork trees with stream running through to the lake on Almenara golf course from which geese and other wildlife can be heard! There is a communal swimming pool close to the house (30 metres) which is situated in a naturally shaded area of olive trees and shrubbery. A paddle tennis court should also be completed by summer 2004.
