There are beautiful views from the balcony and from the site itself. The private, 10m by 4m, swimming pool tapers from 1m to 2m in depth.
There are a variety of trees in the grounds, including Mulberry, Algarobo, Lemon, Orange, Olive, Avocado, Japanese Pear and other natural vegetation. There are two levels to the property, the lower level offering a secluded alcove. The many and varied morning and evening walks in the immediate area are wonderful and recommended.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 8/9. The main entrance leads into a hallway in the centre of the villa with marble stairs leading to the lower level. Here there are two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each bedroom has sliding doors giving access to the lower garden level.
The kitchen/dining room and living-room are situated on the southern side of the upper level. The living room has a triple patio door leading to the balcony and a beautiful view of Mount Moroma over which the sun rises. There is also a doorway in the kitchen/dining room leading to the balcony and pool area.
Bed linen and towels are changed once per week and a welcome pack, including milk, tea, sugar is provided. Costs per week of this wonderful villa are as follows.

There are two bedrooms on the upper level and a guest bathroom The master bedroom (double bed) has an en-suite bathroom and also a doorway leading directly onto the balcony. The other upper level bedroom has a single and double bed.
All 3 bathrooms have bath,/shower, bidet, washbasin, toilet and cabinets.
The kitchen is well equipped with lime washed pine cabinets with matching table and chairs, dishwasher, modern oven, 4 ring hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor, and sink refuse extractor.
Note: there are large hypermarkets, e.g. Eroski, Lidl and others in Velez Malaga, which is within 15 minutes drive of the villa, to replenish supplies.
The villa is centrally heated for winter comfort. There is also a log fire facility. There are 3 retractable awnings over the balcony providing shade form the sun. The pool area is exposed to direct sunshine all day and sun beds and pool shower are provided.
