Finca de Lara-Bell is a privately owned luxury villa only 35 minutes drive from Malaga airport located between the villages of Almogia and Casabermeja. It is situated along a quiet country lane, offering peace and seclusion. There are uninterrupted far-reaching views in every direction with the famous El Torcal Mountains to the north.
The villa has been completely refurbished and is finished and equipped to a very high standard, it has six bedrooms, four in the main house and two in the separate self-contained annex providing accommodation for up to sixteen people. The bedrooms in the main house are arranged as one double with en- suite, one large twin and a large children’s room with two sets of bunk beds, the fourth can be used as an additional sitting room as it has two sofa beds in it.
The annex has a large double with en suite shower room and a large twin with family bath room. In addition the main house has two further bathrooms a delightful sitting room with TV Video CD etc and patio doors out to the impressive terrace and swimming pool a large kitchen utility and separate dining room. There is an integral terrace to the rear where there is a table tennis table.
Downstairs in the annex is a further bathroom and superb kitchen, sitting room again with TV Video CD etc, all rooms are furnished to a very high standard including leather sofa and rustic style furnishings.

Surrounding the pool are large attractive terraces that are fun for all. The shade of the pergola surrounds two sides of the house and over looks the pool. The swimming pool and terrace has ample furniture and space for lounging and entertaining, the whole of this area can be lit in the evening.
