The beautiful and peaceful wooden chalet is located directly above Almunecar in the urbanisation Rancho Rio Verde. From the house one enjoy wonderful views to the mountains of the Sierra Nevada , onto the town Almunecar and the sea.

The mainhouse consists of a large living room of 50 qm with a chimney and a fully fitted american style kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Further there is a separate studio (25 qm ) with a lounge/dining/sleeping room with shower/WC.

Distance to the beach and to towns centre are 7-10 minutes by car.

The house together with the studio is equipped for a maximum of 6 adults.

Enjoy the beautiful and peaceful location on the sunterrace in front of the swimming pool , or on the large patio.
