This charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom sea view villa was built in the 1970"s in traditional Andalusian style on an almost 5000 mē piece of land which is now a mature and very well tended park-like garden, with several niches to sit and eat or enjoy excellent views over the Atlantic ocean. A large barbecue area and very large egg-shaped pool provide an excellent setting for spending the day outside.
The house also has an Andalusian patio with archway and fountain in the middle. The somewhat outdated decoration and furnishings are compensated by the romantic garden featuring many different flowers and trees and a number of small paths.
The house has a large dining room, a kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom in one wing, then through a pretty hallway you reach the living room with open fire and another bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs there are two further, smaller bedrooms (one twin and one single) and another bathroom.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob.
