A supermarket, a pharmacy, a butcher and a fish-shop are to be found within 100mtrs. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, in the living-room you have a SAT-TV, in the garden there is an outdoor-shower and a barbecue. In the subtropical garden you can find some banana-plants who give a Caribbean touch to the garden. From the huge roof-terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view at the ocean and also at the surrounding hills. The beaches of El Palmar are particularly well known for nice surfing!
