Contract
To join RealVacances with your holiday property you admit to do so for a minimum of 2 years. After the two years the contract will renew automatically for another year, if you don't cancel the contract within six weeks before the expiration date.
After receiving your payment the contract will be effective and you will receive your RealVacances Account Information from our support.
Holiday Property
We accept all clean and well maintained holiday properties. Properties outside of Andalucia are now accepted as well.
Only 'one' holiday property type per web page set is accepted to advertise.
Property Advertisement
There is a layout to advertise your property which is not changeable. To put in your property data you have to follow the easy steps of the user friendly system.
Only 'one' property type per page set is accepted.
Your holiday property will be published on the internet in two languages, English and German.
Each language on one extra web page at no extra costs for you.
Your property pages will be published on the internet 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
RealVacances is not responsible for the correctness of the information on the advertised property pages. We further don't take any liability or responsibility for any breakages on the property, any profit losses or losses of any third persons, in any case.
Information about the Property Information
The webmaster will check your page set before it will be published on the Internet.
RealVacances assures that all the information about the holiday property will be published on the internet without any unnecessary changes. We guarantee the German translation of your text will be done with high accuracy.

You are able to do any changes at a later date at no extra costs. But please bear in mind that the information has to be the same on both languages.
- You, the owner, is responsible for the translation of the text, if you do any changes.
- Might you need any help with the translation, we would be glad to do it for you, but for an extra cost. The costs are depending on the quantity of the text which is to translate. (per word Euro 0.12).
Information about the Information
RealVacances can not guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions and information of the properties in the advertisements, nor warrant the condition of the properties.
The accuracy of the descriptions and information about the properties is the sole responsibility of the owners of the properties advertised on the web site of RealVacances.
Rental prices are subject to change and RealVacances will not be responsible for any changes which are not updated on the property pages.
Lettings of your Holiday Property
Requests per Email, Telephone or Fax coming from the web pages will be answered by the owner of the property. RealVacances is not involved and not responsible for any reservations or agreements regarding the owners properties or arrangements. We are also not responsible for any possible damages which might happen to the rental object or any loss caused by the renting people or third people nor for any accidents might happen in the time the properties are rented.
No Unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition of your use of this web site, you warrant that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any terms, conditions or notices.
