This old village house is situated
in a quiet, cobbled street just off the main square in Vejer, a
classic white Moorish looking hilltop town perched high above the
steep gorge of the river Barbate. It is an area virtually unknown to
foreign tourists and a magical place to explore, with its brilliant
white cobbled alleyways, iron-grilled windows, balconies and patios
and dozens of small bars and restaurants.
Although the house has maintained
many of its original features, it is very comfortable and the
kitchenette is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, washing
machine and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge is nicely furnished
and a traditional iron-grilled glass door opens onto the patio,
which has its own well.
The fully furnished bedrooms are
spacious and duvets, pillows and bed linen are provided. The
twin-bedded room has a door leading onto the terrace, which has
stunning views.
